(KYIV) – Border Guard pilots from the “Phoenix” unit have conducted a week of intensive operations against Russian forces across multiple frontlines, destroying a significant amount of enemy equipment and personnel.
On the Dobropillia front, Phoenix pilots actively eliminated enemy infantry and struck logistical routes, including the destruction of “bukhan” trucks. A self-propelled artillery system, a “Msta-S”, was also destroyed. On the Lyman axis, enemy logistics suffered heavily under dense attacks from border guard pilots, who destroyed military cargo and passenger vehicles. This is to say nothing of the small infantry groups that enemy commanders are sending to their liquidation in batches.
On the Toretsk front, a full spectrum of targets was engaged, resulting in the destruction of quad bikes, motorcycles, enemy infantry, and both cargo and passenger vehicles.
The highlight of the week was the destruction of an enemy “Osa” anti-aircraft missile system in the Luhansk region using Middle Strike assets. The estimated value of such a system is approximately $10 million (about £7.8 million). To neutralise the “Osa”, border guards needed only a single drone, costing a few hundred dollars.
The footage was released by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (DPSU). The engagements occurred on the Dobropillia front, the Lyman axis, the Toretsk front, and in the Luhansk region.
