(VELYKA NOVOSILKA, DONETSK OBLAST) – Ukrainian border guards have destroyed a series of Russian logistical assets near Velyka Novosilka, further degrading enemy supply capabilities.
The press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (DPSU) reported on 17th August 2026 that operators from the “Apex” unmanned systems unit of the “Forpost” brigade’s rapid response border commandant’s office continue to identify and strike targets along the Southern Sloboda direction.
The unit successfully targeted cargo transport vehicles, ground robotic complexes, electronic warfare systems, and facilities used by the enemy for storing property and ammunition.
The DPSU stated that each target destroyed represents lost resources and increased difficulties in supplying Russian units operating in the area.
The engagements were documented in footage released by the Press Service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
