Operation Hell 2: Azov Brigade Destroys Russian Fuel Infrastructure in Donetsk

(DONETSK REGION, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian forces have destroyed multiple Russian military fuel storage and supply facilities in the occupied Donetsk region, turning them into what the Azov Brigade described as “scorched earth.”

A month ago, the 1st Corps of the Azov National Guard warned Russian occupation forces that their movements were being monitored and that strikes would come at the right moment. Despite this warning, some units of the Russian Armed Forces continued to store fuel in the occupied Donetsk region.

Footage released by the Azov Brigade shows burning dots on a map indicating facilities involved in storing and supplying fuel to Russian forces. A month after the initial warning, these locations have been reduced to scorched earth.

The Azov Brigade emphasised that, unlike Russian forces, the 1st Corps of the Azov National Guard does not target civilian petrol stations or attack civilians. However, the brigade stated that the infrastructure of the occupation forces “will be destroyed without mercy.”

The operation has been designated Operation Hell-2, with intent to disrupt Russian military logistics deep behind the front line.

The footage was released by the Azov Brigade press service.
