(EASTERN FRONT, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian drone operators have released a new video showing the systematic destruction of Russian armoured vehicles and personnel. The footage, published on 21st August 2026, is the latest instalment in a series titled “Trash of the Week”.
The video was filmed by pilots from the 414th Battalion of Unmanned Aerial Systems, known as “Madyar’s Birds”. The unit has gained prominence for its effective use of first-person view drones and night bombers. The footage was shared on the unit’s social media channels by its commander, Robert Madyar, where it has been made available to the public.
The soundtrack features a track titled “Run” by an artist identified as Trench Orderly. The video depicts the successful targeting of Russian assets. The unit published the video alongside recruitment links, directing potential volunteers to an official application page and the unit’s dedicated Telegram channel.
The release of such operational footage has become a standard part of Ukraine’s information warfare strategy, aimed at boosting morale and demonstrating battlefield capabilities.
