Border Guards Destroy Russian Artillery and Vehicles in Sumy and Kharkiv Oblasts

(SUMY OBLAST AND KHARKIV OBLAST) – Ukrainian border guards have destroyed Russian artillery, vehicles, communications equipment and shelters in a series of strikes on the Northern Slobozhanshchyna axis, which spans the Sumy and Kharkiv Oblasts.

Operators from the “Prime” unmanned systems unit of the 5th Border Guard Detachment operate as part of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The strikes targeted a 122mm 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system, lorries and passenger vehicles, communications equipment and enemy shelters. The equipment was destroyed, communications were severed and the shelters no longer provide protection.

The statement was released by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The engagement took place on the Northern Slobozhanshchyna axis, covering the Sumy and Kharkiv Oblasts.
