(KYIV, UKRAINE) – Ukrainian Special Operations Forces have struck 21 energy facilities and the Luhansk Thermal Power Station across occupied territories over a three day period from 26th to 28th August, according to a report from the unit known as the Birds of Magyar.
The operation, part of the ongoing “Crimean Switch Off” campaign, targeted electrical substations and gas distribution stations across Luhansk, Kherson, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia oblasts and occupied Crimea. The unit stated, “You won against the light at the thermal power plant in Kherson, you wretches? You will sit without electricity throughout the entire temporarily occupied territory from now on.”
The unit added, “Get used to blackouts, worms. It turns out two can play this game. Winter will be early and dark. In Crimea too.”
The confirmed targets are as follows:

Since the beginning of the “Crimean Switch Off” operation on 1st July, the Birds of Magyar report that 315 energy nodes in Crimea and other occupied territories have been neutralised.
The unit declared, “We will stand. Moscow will fall. Crimea will be fed and rebuilt.”
